He’s been plumbing for over 20 years, including time working overseas. That gave him experience with different systems and approaches that he brought back to Perth. He’s worked across the city – north, south, and everywhere in between – so he knows the area and the kind of issues that tend to come up.
He takes the time to explain what’s going on, give you an honest assessment, and only recommend work that actually needs doing. If a repair will do the job, he’ll say so – he’s not going to sell you a replacement to pad the invoice.
